Send it through the resident portal so it's on record, with a photo if you can. Tell us when someone can come in.

No heat, a leak, no water or a lockout: call 773-209-4785, day or night.

Smell gas? Get out first, then call Peoples Gas at 866-556-6002. Fire or danger to anyone: call 911.

From September 15 to June 1 your home should be at least 68° from 8:30am to 10:30pm and 66° overnight. If it isn't, tell us right away.

Every Chicago lease comes with the City's summary of the Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance.

Give notice in writing by the date in your lease. We'll set a walk-through and send your deposit itemization on time.
